E&K was established by ESMA and Kuntech Company in 2006. We are a Sweden-Taiwan joint venture company, especially to provide manufacturing industry with technology - a high level of service being one of the main priorities.

The company ESMA has since 1951 successfully worked with trading together with European partners and is since 1980 also operating in Taiwan and China. ESMA has 50 employees in Stockholm and Gothenburg, Sweden.

The company Kuntech has since 1989 worked with manufacturing and trading with fasteners. Kuntech has 300 employees. The main office is located in Taichung, Taiwan and has since 1991 their own products in China.

To meet today's globalization and our customer's increased demand for logistics and requests for deliveries within China and worldwide from China, ESMA together with Kuntech in 2006 founded E&K Tech Limited.
